Flow Pouches Have Made Me A Better Athlete. Now I Train Harder, For Longer.

I’ve been a trainer and a cross-functional competitive athlete for the better part of my life.
So performance (specifically explosive power, endurance, and stamina) are all super important to me.
In addition to dialing in my nutrition, sleep schedule, and hydration, I’ve also tried all sorts of supps to improve my performance in the gym, on the track, and in comps.
I’ve got a few staples I rely on, but tbh, it’s both an art and a science figuring out what works.
Recently I got my hands on Flow Pouches, and they’ve changed my performance.
